Founder
Soula Healthcare was founded by Dr. Brianna Gibson, DHA, MPH, RN, a proud U.S. Navy veteran, nurse, wife, and mother with more than 8 years of experience in healthcare.
She began her career as a Hospital Corpsman in the U.S. Navy, where she cared for service members and their families with compassion and precision. After completing her service, Dr. Gibson continued her calling in hospitals, correctional healthcare, and schools—always leading with empathy and excellence.
Her journey inspired the creation of Soula Healthcare, a staffing agency built to honor the people behind the scrubs and deliver care that truly runs deep.
